Born in the 80’s to an unconventional Portuguese-Greek family, in the magical Azores. Words never came easy to me, but I found out (a bit late, but better late than never) that the best way to express myself, was through visual editing. It made me find my voice, and I love it.

One of the events which helped shape my passion for editing, was the privilege of working as personal assistant to Director/Editor Gabriella Cristiani between 2018 and 2019. During this period Gabriella, in her unique sharp and witty manner, generously shared her experience with me, built upon 50 years of recognised talent and insight.

I have a Bachelor’s degree in Art Multimedia from Faculty of Fine Arts in Lisbon. On the technical side, I hold training in audiovisual production and media management, as well as experience with audiovisual software, i.e. Final Cut Pro, Premier, Avid, Da Vinci Resolve, audio and video capture.
